Eligible purchases are covered by our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible products may be opened and reasonably used during the 90-day guarantee period and may still qualify for a return.

For eligible returns under our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee within the United States, Vivenity Care will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval, although your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

SECTION 7 – ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests for orders that have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or modified while in transit.

If you no longer want the product after receiving it, you may request a return if the purchase qualifies under our Return & Refund Policy.
